The Vibe of my life at the moment is my best friend and I discussing going on a 40+ drive through largely remote grizzly territory where we would be sleeping in our car with all of our food and shit and being like "if the car gets attacked by a bear in the night and we have to scramble to the front to make a get-away half asleep at least it will be a funny story"

#we've done some incredibly ill advised trips together #but this is the one that would be the most likely to result in the most vehicular damage #and possible bodily injury #yes the car has been damaged before or needed very expensive stops at auto shops #we have so many Stories #this friend has also gone on several long ass road trips with her other best friend so she has even more Stories lol #i look forward to our future endeavors but thinking about this specific proposed trip up through the great north makes me laugh #bc we just know we will not come out of it without some hijinks #its the kind of drive where you need to brush up on basic car maintence before leaving bc you will not be able to get help at times #the other trip i proposed is down along the us west coast to see the deep see exhibit at MBA #which i want to do asap but when she proposed this bigger remote drive i got some switch triggered inside that made me Yearn #so MBA has been put 2nd lol #do you and your friends plan multiple long mildly treacherous trips years in advance or are you normal #Mother S is going to Hate this trip oh my god #i mean we're much older now but she was so against the 22 hr maine drive can you imagine what shes going to think about us doing this #even my mom will be Against lol we're going to have to do some heavy Reassuring so we dont give them premature heart attacks #personal #*deep sea exhibit lol whoops
